The 6 reasons that make Core de Force the Hottest Workout Today.

Core de Force is a MMA inspired workout. This workout incorporates Martial Arts Movements, Muay Thai and Kickboxing. A regular class will include cardio and conditioning (strength) blocks. Each block has 4 rounds and each round last 3 minutes.
What is so great about Core de Force and why you should do it?
1.Work at your own level: Apart from other programs like Zumba or Body Combat in which you need to go with the music or you get "lost",in Core de Force you have 1 minute to do a combination. You focus on form and intensity. The music is design to support the person that will do 5 repetitions and the one that will do 20. Every time you get stronger and you do more repetitions, SO it is about beating your own mark.
2. HIITS: Each round has 2 sets of 30 seconds of High Intensity Interval Training. HIITs are periods of intense workout which makes you work anaerobicly and makes your body burned more calories even when you are resting. Hiits are the best way to burn fat and fight a plateau.
3. Whole Body Workout: One of the many things I love about this workout is how you work your WHOLE body. You are engaging your core the whole time! However, the different combinations work your arms, shoulders, legs and glutes.
4. Plyometrics: You will see a variety of Plyometrics( jump training) entwined with the choreography, increasing calorie burn and toning your muscles. Plyometrics help you to increase power and speed.
5. No equipment needed: It is amazing how challenged you will be in a Core de Force workout even though is a " no contact " class and there is no equipment needed. You use your own body weight!!! Your body is all you need to get toned and shredded.
6. Accessible: I absolutely love how accessible Core de Force is! Either you are a busy person with a crazy schedule , and a tight budget, or a social butterfly that loves Live formats and socializing, there is a Core de Force option for you.
