Chocolate Bundt Cake (low-carb)

Chocolate..... mmmmm. I love Chocolate cake! Chocolate cake is rich, smooth and if Chocolate cake was a person , it would be an Extrovert. When Chocolate cake is in a party , everybody knows and it will not be long before he is surrounded by a lot of smiling people. Dark Chocolate is good for you. Studies show that Dark chocolate helps with brain power, decreasing body mass, reduce inflammation and lowers blood pressure. However, when this super food is covered with tons of Sugars is not that good for you anymore. Bummer, right? Well, not completely! This recipe has no sugar, high in fiber, proteins and dark chocolate. This cake is good for you, keeps you full and will make you Smile, dance and fly all at the same time! This recipe is perfect for those challenged in the kitchen. If you can put ingredients in a blender, read and turn on an oven, you can make this cake!!! My daughter is a chocoholic. She tried this cake( not knowing it was healthy), and she begged me to make for her birthday!!!
Ingredients:
2 cups of Carbquick
2 tbs of Vanilla extract
1 oz of cooled black coffee
6 oz of soften butter
1tbs of Baking powder
10 oz of Sola Sweetener ( you like it really sweet you can add 2oz more of Sola Sweetener)
3 eggs
10 oz of Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/4 cup of Unsweetened Dark Cocoa powder.
Procedure:
Add all the ingredients in a blender. Start with butter, Sola and Dark Cocoa. Then , add the Carbquick, black coffee and baking powder. Finally , add the eggs and the vanilla extract. When you are done layering the ingredients in the blender. Blend on medium for 30 seconds. Scrape the sides of the blender and blend again until the batter is smooth.
Add non-stick spray in a bundt cake. Bake at 325 for 30-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let it cool down and top with nuts or Keto Ganache. This dessert is perfect for Valentine's Day or a Small birthday party with some friends. If you want a punch in your cake add 2oz of Cooled black coffee or 1tbs of Rum extract to the batter.
