Donuts! Who doesn't love donuts? They are soft and melt in your mouth. Some are crunchy and other are cakey. These donuts are low-carb and packed with a strong chocolate presence that takes command as soon as you bite into it. The Pb Glaze is simply done right and leave you licking anything that was touched by that glaze , because you want every drop of it!
These mini donuts are done in less than 5 minutes and the clean up is a breeze!
Recipe:
1/2 cup Carbquick
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbs Dark Cocoa Powder Unsweetened
1tbs of Xylithol
1 pinch of Baking Powder
2 oz of Water
Procedure:
Mix all ingredients until it forms a dough.
It should be thick like a biscuit mix. Spoon 2 tbs of mixture in each donut shape at the Donut maker. Close it tightly and wait from 3 to 5 minutes. This is my favorite Donut Maker 👇.

GLAZE:
2 tbs of Melted Peanut Butter
1tbs of Coconut Palm Syrup/ Maple syrup
1 pinch of Cinnamon.
Mix all ingredients together and drizzle over the warm donuts.
You can also make your favorite ganache or drizzle.
