HOW TO LOSE BODY FAT?
This is a new century and the focus is not on the scale any more. Weight is a measure of a body's relative mass. A number on the scale can't tell you how much is muscle ,water or fat. You can see two people with the same weight and height and have totally different bodies, measures and clothing size. The focus of a healthy body goal should be in losing fat while retaining or gaining muscle. In the busy, multitasking world we live in, all we want is to get results as fast as we can , in the most effective way possible.
In this article, I will show you proven methods that have been highly successful in helping people lose body fat.
1. HIITS ( High Intensity Interval Training)
This is a type of workout in which you do short intervals at your maximum effort. When you do this type of workouts you work anaerobically, you burn fat faster and you maintain an elevated heart rate even when you are done. This type is not recommended daily but every other day. One of my favorite is Turbo Fire.
2.Nutrition:
Abs are made in the kitchen. Soda give you a bloated tummy, processed food is toxic to your body , high in calories and low in nutrition. Having a clean approach to foods that are highly nutritious, non- processed and in the right portion is key. Often times we eat what we want and not what we need, at the end, jeopardizing our results and our health.
3. Weight Training:
Some times women feel threaten by weights thinking they will become bulky or manly looking. Weight training can help you lower your body fat, increase lean mass and accelerate your metabolism. Did you know you after losing muscular mass after your 30? Do you know what that means? The less mass you have , the more fat you store. Basically you might weight the same and look bigger or less toned. Weight training is key to be toned and strong and keep your metabolism working for you and not AGAINST YOU!.
